TL;DR
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and achieve sales goals.
- •The Business Consultant is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities.
- •This role involves executing aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision makers within a prospective client's organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- •Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs.
- •Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
- •Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- •Frequent domestic travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions.
- •Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education.
- •At least two years' sales experience preferred.
- •Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- •This role requires a valid, non-restrictive driver's license as it involves regular travel to client sites and company locations.
