- •Key Responsibilities Acting as the primary contact for IKEA France and managing day-to-day communication Understanding IKEA’s goals, challenges, and business environment Handling operational delivery with cross-functional teams Scheduling regular check-ins to review performance, process optimization, gather feedback, and align on a common goal and roadmap Analyze and report on performance for all key channels and share with key stakeholders leading to real business actions Requirements Proven experience in account management or client relationship management Adaptive and problem solver Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity French native speaker Excellent English language skills
