Senior IT Engineer to automate IT operations, manage identity, and leverage AI.

• •Amplitude is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to own and evolve their IT automation platform, focusing on identity and access management, SaaS governance, and AI-assisted IT operations.
• •This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions for employee lifecycle management and ensuring compliance.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the IT automation platform using Okta Workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• •Manage Okta configuration, SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and access review workflows.
• •Design, implement, and troubleshoot SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations across SaaS applications.
• •Administer macOS device management via Kandji and manage Google Workspace administration.
• •Champion AI adoption within IT, building agentic workflows and leveraging LLMs for IT operations.
• •Requirements 5-8+ years in IT systems engineering with depth in Okta/IdP, SAML/OIDC, macOS management, or Google Workspace administration.
• •Proven experience building multi-step automation workflows with measurable business impact.
• •Proficiency in Python, Bash, or equivalent scripting languages.
