- •As a Principal Customer Success Manager at FourKites, you will be instrumental in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our platform.
- •You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise client organizations.
- •Drive customer adoption and utilization of the FourKites platform through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
- •Identify and mitigate risks to customer retention and growth, developing and executing success plans.
- •Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- •Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for the Customer Success team.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or supply chain technology.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and drive measurable business outcomes.
- •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
