Lead product work across Monzo's Payments organisation.

• •Lead product work across Monzo's Payments organisation to design seamless payment experiences, modernise payments infrastructure, and help scale into new markets.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead a multidisciplinary payments squad to grow adoption and engagement across retail and business segments.
• •Define target audiences and prioritise product efforts informed by customer insights.
• •Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners to optimise experience and commercials.
