- •Build the hiring engine, including process, pipeline discipline, and employer brand.
- •Requirements Highly organised, compelling, and driven.
- •Ability to move pipelines fast and stay on top of admin.
- •Skilled in sourcing and engaging with a wide variety of people.
- •Credible with hiring managers and a true partner to stakeholders.
