- •Key Responsibilities Drive user activation and engagement through hyper-personalization within the Growth tribe.
- •Identify opportunities and build data-driven business cases based on algorithm performance, experimentation, and user insights.
- •Collaborate with IT, AI, and UX teams to implement strategic projects and features impacting business objectives and user experience.
- •Lead projects for AI solutions, evaluating cost-benefit for replacing traditional algorithms with machine learning models.
- •Analyze and prioritize initiatives based on effort, expected impact on KRs (CTR and reach), and technological innovation.
- •Requirements Experience in product, business, or similar roles (exclusive).
- •Knowledge and use of SQL for search and queries (exclusive).
- •Proficiency in Excel (exclusive).
- •Experience using AI tools for product optimization, analysis, or decision-making.
- •Experience in experimentation methodologies and A/B testing (highly valued).
