About the role
TL;DR
Develop and maintain infrastructure for AI-driven drug discovery.
- •Join Deep Genomics as a Senior MLOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure powering our AI-driven drug discovery platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- •Manage IAM, RBAC, and permission policies across cloud environments.
- •Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices are followed.
- •Administer and support workflow orchestration platforms.
- •Operate and configure ML experiment tracking and registry tooling.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in production infrastructure or MLOps.
- •Proficiency with cloud platforms and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- •Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
- •Solid background in CI/CD systems.
- •Experience managing GPU compute.
- •Strong Python programming skills.
- •Self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills.
