Drives product manufacturing yield, quality, and cost optimization across the lifecycle.
- •The Principal Product Engineer ensures Graphcore products are manufactured with optimized yield, quality and cost across the product lifecycle, working with OSATs, test engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive yield, quality and cost optimisation across chip, test, PCBA and system manufacturing Provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations and define best practices Collaborate with OSATs, test, manufacturing and quality teams to release and sustain products Develop and execute end-to-end test strategy for silicon, board, blade and rack systems Requirements Deep expertise in semiconductor product engineering and manufacturing processes Experience with system-level test and manufacturing analytics Ability to lead cross-functional technical problem solving for yield and reliability
