• •Manager, Data Engineering to lead their Data Engineering organization, ensuring high-quality delivery of data infrastructure, pipelines, and ML operations.
• •This role combines people leadership, agile delivery management, and cross-functional coordination.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Data Engineers and Data Analytics Engineers owning data infrastructure and pipelines.
• •Define and refine agile workflows tailored to data engineering.
• •Serve as the primary delivery interface across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• •Drive hiring excellence by attracting, developing, and scaling a high-performing team.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or machine learning roles. 4+ years in a people management or delivery management role.
• •Proven experience managing cross-functional ML technical teams and driving delivery.
• •Experience with LLM Ops, agentic framework, data governance, and productionization best practices.
