Drive strategic initiatives and manage key projects for the revenue organization.

  • Join us in re-igniting the international energy trading market and leave your mark on how energy traders work! Key Responsibilities Partner with the CRO to support execution of the company's revenue strategy.
  • Support the OKR process for the revenue organisation, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CRO and other stakeholders, including the executive team, revenue management, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CRO.
  • Work with the CRO to optimise the rhythm of the business, including leading agenda planning for key meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Requirements Strategic Background: 5+ years in high-growth tech (Chief of Staff, Business Ops, Consulting or Commercial Lead).
  • Expert Execution: Comfortable working within an OKR framework and being data-driven in problem-solving.
  • Influence: Low-ego confident collaborator; able to influence without authority across all levels.
  • Executive Presence: Expert at communicating complex information in a variety of forms and to varied audiences.
  • Operational Agility: Highly organised under pressure; willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support business needs.
