- •Join us in re-igniting the international energy trading market and leave your mark on how energy traders work! Key Responsibilities Partner with the CRO to support execution of the company's revenue strategy.
- •Support the OKR process for the revenue organisation, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across all teams.
- •Serve as a key liaison between the CRO and other stakeholders, including the executive team, revenue management, and cross-functional leaders.
- •Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CRO.
- •Work with the CRO to optimise the rhythm of the business, including leading agenda planning for key meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- •Requirements Strategic Background: 5+ years in high-growth tech (Chief of Staff, Business Ops, Consulting or Commercial Lead).
- •Expert Execution: Comfortable working within an OKR framework and being data-driven in problem-solving.
- •Influence: Low-ego confident collaborator; able to influence without authority across all levels.
- •Executive Presence: Expert at communicating complex information in a variety of forms and to varied audiences.
- •Operational Agility: Highly organised under pressure; willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support business needs.
