• •Grow Therapy is seeking a Software Engineer II to build and support systems for client activation, including scheduling, notifications, and authentication.
• •This role focuses on shipping user-facing improvements and ensuring critical client journeys are reliable.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and ship client-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
• •Implement and support A/B tests and incremental experiments.
• •Own and improve specific activation flows such as scheduling or ratings and reviews.
• •Perform defensive UI work and help address edge cases and usability issues.
• •Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Support partners.
• •Requirements 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• •Experience contributing to production systems and shipping user-facing features.
• •Comfort working across the stack or interest in developing full stack skills.
