• •Identify and realize growth opportunities by mapping client needs and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• •Represent the client's voice internally, ensuring their interests are heard and contributing to product and service improvements.
• •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to deliver a consistent and valuable client experience.
• •Leverage data to drive better decisions, enhancing both client relationships and outcomes.
• •Requirements Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles with a proven track record in driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• •Fluent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
• •Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
