  • Echodyne is seeking a Partner Specialist to drive growth within their Ground-Based Detect and Avoid (GBDAA) program.
  • This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships to expand market reach and adoption of Echodyne's solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve GBDAA sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, providing support and driving joint go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics and performance.
  • Requirements Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
