- •Echodyne is seeking a Partner Specialist to drive growth within their Ground-Based Detect and Avoid (GBDAA) program.
- •This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships to expand market reach and adoption of Echodyne's solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve GBDAA sales targets.
- •Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- •Manage relationships with existing partners, providing support and driving joint go-to-market activities.
- •Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.
- •Track and report on key partnership metrics and performance.
- •Requirements Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors.
- •Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
