Technical Program Manager

Manage construction projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• •Reframe Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager to act as the risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.
• •You will ensure teams have the right information at the right time to prevent costly surprises.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive execution by tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and holding teams accountable.
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership on program health, translating complexity into clear status and risk summaries.
• •Identify and escalate critical path risks weeks before they materialize.
• •Own the design stage gate process and facilitate PRD development.
• •Requirements 6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environment.
• •Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate schedule risks proactively.
• •Comfort holding functional leads accountable without direct authority.
• •Experience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking tooling.
