• •This isn’t just an editing role; you’ll play a key part in shaping content that reaches millions of viewers each week.
• •Key Responsibilities Edit 1-2 longform YouTube videos per week to a high professional standard.
• •Shape pacing, storytelling, and retention with a strong understanding of YouTube audiences.
• •Collaborate closely with the Lead Editor and Project Manager on workflow and deadlines.
• •Use YouTube analytics to continuously improve subsequent video performance.
• •Leverage AI tools to enhance production.
• •Requirements 3+ years professional editing experience (Premiere Pro & After Effects).
• •Strong storytelling instincts and ability to edit for engagement and retention.
• •Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
