Senior SW Engineer

Design and build a high-impact product for healthcare providers and patients.

• •Join a small, talented team building Collectly’s core pre-service product.
• •Our stack is Python-first, and we’re looking for engineers who are comfortable designing and evolving backend systems in Python.
• •Experience with React is a strong plus, especially if you enjoy working across the stack to deliver polished, user-facing experiences.
• •Key Responsibilities Work closely with the founder, product managers, designers, and engineers to design and build a high-impact product.
• •Build and ship critical features with intent, strong attention to detail, and a focus on long-term maintainability and scalability.
• •Own features end to end, from shaping requirements and implementation to testing, observability, deployment, and iteration in production.
• •Requirements You have 6+ years of experience building and operating complex web applications in production environments.
• •You have strong experience building backend systems, ideally in Python using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• •You’re comfortable working across the stack.
• •Experience with React is a strong plus, especially if you enjoy building thoughtful, user-facing experiences.
