- •Flex is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define our product positioning, lead new product and feature launches, and drive adoption, activation, and retention campaigns.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear product marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, revenue growth, sales enablement, and customer satisfaction.
- •Own programs that boost adoption, activation, and retention of our products.
- •Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and launches.
- •Run research to understand user needs, use cases, and market trends.
- •Partner with Product, Data, Brand/Design, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to align on goals and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- •Requirements 5+ years leading Product Marketing in a high-growth B2B FinTech or similar multi-product environment.
- •Experience creating go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- •Experience launching adoption, activation and retention campaigns.
- •Strong analytical mindset define KPIs, track progress, and drive decisions through data.
