Senior Connectivity Engineer

Take ownership of Dexory's global robot fleet connectivity.

• •Join Dexory to transform the warehousing and logistics industry through data intelligence.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve Dexory's fleet connectivity stack (mesh VPN, routers, Wi-Fi, cellular) with a tooling-first, automation-led approach.
• •Build internal tooling and self-serve workflows for router configuration/validation, access management, and fleet health checks.
• •Operate the mesh VPN layer (WireGuard/Tailscale or equivalent): access-as-code, policy patterns, posture/health automation, and resilience/disaster recovery planning.
• •Requirements Strong networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, IPv4/IPv6) and experience operating production systems at scale.
• •Comfortable working close to the Linux networking stack when needed (interfaces, routing tables, MTU/PMTUD, conntrack, nftables/iptables) and diagnosing kernel-level networking behaviour.
• •Proficient in Go and/or Python and experienced with modern observability tooling; bonus points for containers/IoT OS, ACL-as-code patterns, and carrier/router API integrations.
