- •Benchling seeks a Global Program Manager to oversee post-sale experience for large enterprise Life Sciences customers, coordinating implementation, customer success, and support to drive adoption and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee post-sale activities across implementation, support, and customer success for enterprise accounts Develop implementation, governance, change and risk management, and adoption plans with customer leaders Coordinate cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Product, Support, Sales) to deliver customer value Support sales proposals and contribute to services business strategy and profitability Mentor and lead cross-functional account teams and act as trusted customer advisor Requirements 10+ years client-facing implementation, program leadership, or consulting experience Deep knowledge of Life Sciences R&D processes and ability to engage scientific and executive stakeholders Proven program/project management skills for multi-workstream enterprise SaaS deployments Experience with services commercials (SOWs, budgeting, resourcing, change orders) Bachelor's or advanced degree in a life science field or equivalent experience
