• •Lead and optimize day-to-day clinical operations for Talkiatry's telehealth psychotherapy services, scaling therapist teams while ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and support a large team of therapists to ensure care quality and productivity.
• •Develop and deploy clinical policies, workflows, and systems to streamline operations.
• •Collaborate with clinical, product, tech, HR, and finance leadership on strategy and execution.
• •Monitor clinical performance metrics, reporting, and financial stewardship.
