• •As a Senior Staff Data Scientist, you will focus on evaluation and analytics to ensure AI systems are measurable, trustworthy, and decision-ready.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI/ML features.
• •Perform deep error analysis and bias analysis.
• •Conduct large-scale analytical studies to understand feature performance.
• •Design and review experiments including offline evaluations and A/B tests.
• •Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
• •Requirements Tech, M.Tech, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• •Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and estimation theory.
• •Strong programming skills in Python.
• •Deep familiarity with SQL and complex query writing.
