About the role
Analyze and optimize sales processes and KPIs for decentralized energy solutions.
- •Join Enpal to shape the future of decentralized energy solutions and contribute to the solar energy revolution.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes along the sales funnel.
- •Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs.
- •Identify process inefficiencies, including with AI, and support the derivation and implementation of improvement measures.
- •Collaborate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads.
- •Closely support the daily business in sales and work closely with marketing, operations, and product to implement data-driven optimizations.
- •Requirements First relevant professional experience (approx. 1-2 years) or relevant internships/work-study activities in an analytical, data-driven, and dynamic environment
- •Contact with marketing topics and sales organizations is a plus.
- •Very good academic background in business administration, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a comparable degree program.
- •AI affinity: you have already developed products yourself and are passionate about AI product innovations.
