About the role
TL;DR
Provide expert technical support and build customer relationships for Datadog's Premier Customers.
- •Datadog's Technical Solutions team is seeking experienced Premier Support Engineers to act as in-house product experts.
- •You will assist prospects and customers with technical questions, ensuring their success with the Datadog platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and tickets, educating clients on platform usage.
- •Develop strong relationships with Premier Customers to understand their unique environments.
- •Reproduce issues and investigate Datadog's 600+ integrations.
- •Build documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies.
- •Drive product conversations based on client needs and learned problems.
- •Requirements 5+ years of multi-channel technical support experience at a SaaS company.
- •Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
- •Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and eager to learn continuously.
- •Client-centric approach with strong critical thinking skills.
- •Experience in a Premium/Enterprise technical support role.
