About the role
TL;DR
Provide technical training and enablement services to Datadog's largest customers.
- •The Technical Enablement Manager provides advisory services to Datadog's largest customers by offering targeted technical training on Datadog's products and features.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead Foundational Enablement Webinars on a wide range of topics independently ensuring consistency and clarity.
- •Deliver Technical Enablement training by facilitating customized, high-engagement sessions tailored to customer-defined goals and topics.
- •Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and TEM leadership to scope and position enablement services that align with customer priorities and drive adoption.
- •Requirements A seasoned technical trainer or enablement professional with 5+ years of related experience in cloud-native or observability environments.
- •Strong foundation in observability, monitoring, or cloud-native technologies, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in Datadog's core areas and continually expand into additional product areas over time.
- •Fluency in English & Italian required.
