Manage and perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- •Dandy is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager for a new manufacturing facility in Provo, UT.
- •This role will oversee and perform maintenance tasks for manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment.
- •Manage and perform reactive maintenance as needed.
- •Develop initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and improve team efficiency.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for production staff on facilities and maintenance issues.
- •Assist in managing site projects and meeting with contractors.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in a facilities and/or manufacturing maintenance leadership role.
- •Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and CMMS systems.
- •Understanding of basic safety protocols (PPE, Lockout/Tagout).
- •Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
- •Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
