Drive revenue and customer acquisition by prospecting leads and building relationships.

  • The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition for Matillion by prospecting leads and building relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual quotas for meetings held with qualified prospects each month.
  • Collaborate with aligned Account Executives to identify and target key accounts.
  • Add ~100 net new prospects to Gong flows each week from key accounts selected with aligned Account Executives.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls (50+ calls per day) and emails (20+ personalized) to engage prospects.
  • Qualify both outbound and inbound leads, overcome objections, understand prospect needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Requirements 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proficient with sales engagement tools like Gong, AI tools, Salesforce (SFDC) and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
