Sr Software Engineer, Back-end / Data Engineer

• •We're looking for a Sr Software Engineer with strong data engineering expertise to join our growing product and engineering team.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain features across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• •Architect and implement scalable APIs, real-time data processing, and AI-driven features that power student-university interactions.
• •Build data models and aggregation layers that enable efficient querying and real-time analytics.
• •Requirements 5-8 years of back-end software development experience with a strong track record in data engineering, analytics, and building data-driven products.
• •Deep expertise with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including query optimization, schema design, and building scalable data architectures that handle high-volume data ingestion.
• •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, building in-product analytics experiences and dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
