Investigate and solve complex technical escalations for customers.

• •As part of the Technical Escalation Engineering team, you'll tackle complex technical problems and collaborate with Engineering and Product to refine our platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Investigate complex escalations and drive solutions for critical customer challenges.
• •Mentor the Global Support Engineering team and partner with Engineering and Product to improve our platform.
• •Become the APM expert within Technical Solutions, handling distributed tracing and instrumentation behavior.
• •Requirements Deep technical expertise and continuous learning as the product evolves.
• •Experience in debugging APM issues and working with tracing libraries and instrumentation methods.
• •Familiarity with microservices, monoliths, and event-driven architectures.
