- •We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our Applied AI team.
- •This role involves working at the cutting edge of Generative AI and Agentic systems applied to enterprise-scale business problems.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build agentic AI systems that orchestrate multi-step workflows across heterogeneous enterprise content.
- •Own the AI platform architecture and define patterns, abstractions, and guardrails for multiple engineering teams.
- •Build evaluation and observability infrastructure for non-deterministic systems.
- •Drive model strategy and cost efficiency across model providers.
- •Raise the AI engineering bar across the organization.
- •Requirements Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
- •Strong background in software architecture and system design.
- •Proven track record in building and deploying AI systems at scale.
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
