- •As an Associate, Strategic Alliances, you will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem by initiating and deepening relationships with top-tier benefit brokerages.
- •Reporting to the Business Development Manager and working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and Strategic Alliances Managers, your responsibilities will include prospecting and relationship development.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and engage consultants through outbound campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- •Represent Benepass at consultant-hosted conferences and industry events.
- •Manage all inbound consultant inquiries from alliance-driven campaigns.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role.
- •Proven experience engaging external stakeholders through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- •Hands-on experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
