Define and own the product strategy for Docker's new AI & Agent Platform.
- •Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to define and own the product strategy for a new AI & Agent Platform.
- •This is a 0-to-1 role focused on building a platform at the intersection of AI, containers, and developer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Docker's AI & Agent Platform.
- •Build the product from the ground up, writing specs, prototyping, and iterating rapidly.
- •Drive product conception through delivery, working closely with engineering and design.
- •Define how agentic ecosystem components compose into a coherent platform.
- •Ensure the platform serves a wide range of users, from individual developers to enterprise operators.
- •Requirements 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years on developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
- •Deep technical fluency in containers, VM runtimes, AI agents, and LLMs.
- •Proven ability to ship 0-to-1 products in a fast-moving environment.
- •Strong product sense and UX instincts, with a focus on developer experience.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality.
