Developer Experience Engineer

Build and maintain a self-service platform for developers.

• •Revolutionize the development experience at Clara by building a self-service platform that automates and simplifies infrastructure, deployments, and operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain a developer portal as the central hub for resource management Build abstractions and APIs that enable developers to provision resources without manual intervention Implement self-service workflows for environment creation, configurations, and permissions Create reusable templates and blueprints for services, repositories, and pipelines Design, implement, and optimize highly automated CI/CD pipelines Requirements 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code Experience with AWS and Terraform is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills
