Lead lifecycle marketing strategy to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- •Lead Mejuri's lifecycle marketing strategy on a 12-18 month contract, owning the calendar, team, and segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end lifecycle calendar across email, SMS, push and in-app.
- •Design segmentation, prioritization, and contact strategy.
- •Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketers.
- •Oversee 1:1 consumer communications with cross-functional partners.
- •Manage reporting cadence and test-and-learn agenda.
- •Requirements 6+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing with 2+ years managing a team.
- •Proven commercial impact from lifecycle programs.
- •Deep experience with lifecycle platforms (Klaviyo a strong plus).
- •Analytical comfort with SQL or BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, Omni).
