Lead lifecycle marketing strategy to drive retention and repeat purchases.

  • Lead Mejuri's lifecycle marketing strategy on a 12-18 month contract, owning the calendar, team, and segmentation to drive retention and repeat purchases.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end lifecycle calendar across email, SMS, push and in-app.
  • Design segmentation, prioritization, and contact strategy.
  • Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketers.
  • Oversee 1:1 consumer communications with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage reporting cadence and test-and-learn agenda.
  • Requirements 6+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing with 2+ years managing a team.
  • Proven commercial impact from lifecycle programs.
  • Deep experience with lifecycle platforms (Klaviyo a strong plus).
  • Analytical comfort with SQL or BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, Omni).
