- •Sword Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product definition and delivery for new features and initiatives within the Pulse product area.
- •This role involves deep dives into user pain points, assessing solution feasibility, and defining requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product definition through delivery for new features and initiatives.
- •Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives, assess feasibility, and define requirements.
- •Support execution and iteration with cross-functional teams in tight feedback loops.
- •Act as a strategy thought-partner, bringing proposals and feature ideas to leadership.
- •Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing digital health or wellness.
- •Comfort owning ambiguity and acting with senior-most product judgment.
- •Technical fluency, including comfort with AI/LLM-powered product concepts.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Data fluency, comfortable defining metrics and reading dashboards; BigQuery/Looker experience a plus.
