- •Lyft is seeking entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and industry.
- •The Core Rider team is responsible for the Lyft consumer app, spanning the entire consumer journey across request and purchase flows, search, pickups and dropoffs, post-match, and in-trip experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Set an ambitious vision that motivates and inspires your team, peers, and leadership.
- •Own your team's products from ideation through launch, growth, and maintenance.
- •Lead and align cross-functional partners including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and operations.
- •Communicate clear roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in product management, product design, or equivalent consultant experience with significant time leading consumer mobile apps.
- •Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
- •Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level.
- •Experience leading post-launch optimizations including developing testing strategies.
