- •Attain is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their B2B marketing team.
- •This role will focus on building and scaling programs to drive awareness and qualified pipeline for Attain, utilizing HubSpot as the central marketing automation system.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute multi-channel marketing programs to deliver measurable revenue impact.
- •Build and optimize nurture programs, lifecycle campaigns, and behavioral workflows.
- •Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- •Develop and manage paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
- •Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or data/technology.
- •Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including automation and reporting.
- •Experience working with Salesforce data and integrations.
