  • Attain is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their B2B marketing team.
  • This role will focus on building and scaling programs to drive awareness and qualified pipeline for Attain, utilizing HubSpot as the central marketing automation system.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and execute multi-channel marketing programs to deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs, lifecycle campaigns, and behavioral workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or data/technology.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including automation and reporting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data and integrations.
