- •Key Responsibilities Conduct 15-25 customer conversations weekly to understand user workflows and pain points.
- •Synthesize customer feedback into clear, actionable product recommendations.
- •Own customer discovery for new product areas and map market landscapes.
- •Act as the voice of the customer in product and engineering discussions.
- •Close the feedback loop by validating shipped features with customers.
- •Requirements 3+ years in product research, customer discovery, technical PM, or founder-level product work.
- •Demonstrated ability to find patterns and source insights from customer conversations.
- •Experience in dev tools or technical infrastructure is a plus.
