Lead revenue operations to improve forecasting, reporting, and GTM systems.
- •Lead revenue operations to improve forecasting, reporting, and GTM systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- •Build dashboards, automations, and runbooks to scale processes and data hygiene.
- •Key Responsibilities Own weekly forecasting cadence and pipeline hygiene Build leadership dashboards and automate reporting Support comp plan administration, quota tracking, and attainment reporting Improve HubSpot data model, workflows, and account hierarchies Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Chief of Staff Requirements 4-7 years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM analytics at a B2B company Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and building workflows Proficiency in Python and SQL with data warehouse experience Familiarity with Gong and Clay and strong spreadsheet modeling skills Clear written communication and track record of shipping projects end-to-end
