Logistics Analyst

Drive continuous improvement in Misfits Market's supply chain logistics.

• •The Logistics Analyst is responsible for scheduling of weekly outbound truck lanes, coordinating and partnering with operations to ensure successful load out and timely departure, and driving continuous improvement around Misfits Market supply chain.
• •Key Responsibilities Assist with weekly scheduling of outbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to make our delivery SLAs Work closely with our carrier and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• •Driving performance through holding partners accountable by using data and KPIs to show areas needing improvement Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, damages, etc on a weekly and monthly basis.
• •Requirements 2-3 years of professional experience (preferably in Logistics/Operations) Proficiency in Excel & comfort with data Excellent communication skills Familiarity with supply chain processes Problem solving, analytical and multitasking skills A team player attitude
