About the role
TL;DR
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for power systems personnel.
- •The Training & Development Lead will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for field engineers, technicians, and project personnel in the power systems industry.
- •This role partners with the VP of Workforce Development to create scalable learning solutions using adult learning principles and modern eLearning methodologies.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, web-based, and video-based training programs.
- •Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into engaging training content.
- •Administer and support the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
- •Create interactive eLearning content using authoring tools and produce instructional videos.
- •Support strategic workforce development initiatives and develop training collateral.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- •Minimum of five (5) years of experience in instructional design and training content development, preferably within the power systems or industrial sectors.
- •Knowledge of electrical systems, acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- •Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
- •Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
