• •Key Responsibilities Lead AI & Prompt Engineering for chatbots.
• •Oversee workflow automation and quality improvement.
• •Collaborate with Product and Tech teams.
• •Utilize analytics tools for reporting and debugging.
• •Requirements Experience with LLMs and dynamic prompt engineering.
• •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• •Technical proficiency in JINJAVA, Postman, and JIRA.
