• •Lead the Agentic Commerce engineering team to build AI-powered commerce experiences, driving delivery across the full software development lifecycle and embedding AI-first practices.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, grow and recruit a high-performing engineering team.
• •Drive execution across discovery, delivery, monitoring, and iteration.
• •Embed AI tooling to automate and accelerate development.
• •Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to align roadmaps.
• •Define engineering best practices and foster continuous improvement.
• •Requirements 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• •Experience in startup/scale-up environments and cross-functional leadership.
• •Hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLM-powered or AI-driven products.
• •Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (GCP a plus).
