- •Dust is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
- •This role will focus on defining and implementing AI-native support, ensuring fast, precise, and delightful user experiences by improving AI agent response quality and closing knowledge gaps.
- •Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve user issues by analyzing historical patterns, logs, and code.
- •Systematically analyze agent responses for quality assurance and iterate on prompts and documentation.
- •Identify and ensure closure of knowledge gaps in documentation, code, or internal resources.
- •Handle complex escalated cases and produce clear, concise responses.
- •Contribute to tooling, automations, and prompt engineering to enhance agent performance.
- •Requirements Excellent communication skills in English.
- •Proficiency in reading code, analyzing logs, and investigating technical issues.
- •Demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and edge cases with a systematic approach.
