  • Systematically analyze agent responses for quality assurance and iterate on prompts and documentation.
  • Identify and ensure closure of knowledge gaps in documentation, code, or internal resources.
  • Handle complex escalated cases and produce clear, concise responses.
  • Contribute to tooling, automations, and prompt engineering to enhance agent performance.
  • Requirements Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in reading code, analyzing logs, and investigating technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and edge cases with a systematic approach.
