• •As a Growth Engineer at Posh, you will be critical in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute full-stack growth experiments and targeted initiatives across the Posh platform.
• •Drive experimentation with MVPs, balancing rapid iteration with long-term sustainable growth and developer experience.
• •Collaborate with Product & Data to turn early hypotheses into iterative high-impact tests.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact Strong hands-on experience with iOS and Android mobile development processes Proficiency in relevant full-stack technologies (e.g., React, React Native, Typescript, AWS or similar cloud providers, etc.)
