- •The Senior Product Manager for Platform Services defines strategy and roadmaps for foundational platform capabilities (APIs, shared services, identity, orchestration) used across PointClickCare, serving internal product teams and external customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for platform products.
- •Drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery of APIs and shared services.
- •Engage cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Sales, CS) for successful launches.
- •Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform investments and measure ROI.
- •Lead customer and partner engagements as product expert.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field. 5+ years product management experience, building platform services or developer-facing capabilities.
- •Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of APIs, identity/access, and workflow orchestration.
- •Experience with SaaS/PaaS products and Agile practices.
- •Familiarity using modern AI tools (e.g., Anthropic API) in product work.
