  • You'll own the full sales cycle
  • from outbound prospecting to close
  • bringing new companies into the ecosystem and converting existing freemium users into paid workspaces.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a heavy emphasis on building and managing your own outbound pipeline Navigate complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and security reviews, building champion relationships at the user level while earning buy-in from senior decision-makers to drive deals across the finish line Convert product-led growth into revenue by engaging individuals already using Read AI and expanding them into paid workspaces Identify and target high-potential growing businesses through creative prospecting and strategic outreach Run discovery calls that uncover real workflow pain and deliver compelling product demos that connect Read AI to those problems Requirements 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role Track record of generating pipeline through outbound.
  • You don't rely solely on marketing or BDR to hit quota Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You can capture attention quickly and hold it Genuine curiosity about AI and technology, with the ability to learn and articulate technical product value fast
