  • Halcyon is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value for their customers.
  • This role focuses on coordinating onboarding, adoption, and retention to expand the Halcyon footprint and ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute customer success plans based on customer strategy and needs.
  • Nurture customers to discover the full value of the Halcyon platform and services.
  • Guide customers through onboarding to maximize platform adoption and usage.
  • Proactively monitor and report on customer health and maintain regular communication.
  • Act as the customer advocate, escalating issues to expedite solutions.
  • Requirements At least five years of related customer-facing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD can substitute for equivalent years of experience.
  • Direct post-sales customer advocacy and engagement experience.
