Own a portfolio of high-value customers, driving revenue and ensuring their success.
- •You're taking over Account Management, owning a portfolio of customers with more than €100k RRR.
- •Key Responsibilities Grow revenue within the portfolio and ensure customer success.
- •Work closely with CRO, Customer Operations Lead, and Compliance Onboarding Lead.
- •Drive commercial relationships and partner with Customer Operations.
- •Requirements 3+ years in a customer-facing role in a B2B environment.
- •Experience in a fast-paced start-up (50-100 employees).
- •Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
- •Comfortable traveling within Europe and occasionally globally.
