• •As a Software Engineer on EIV, you'll drive end-to-end initiatives that eliminate friction across the development workflow.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the core systems that enable Persona engineers to build, test, and deploy software.
• •Build and scale developer tooling, CI, and deployment infrastructure that reduces friction.
• •Act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by removing bottlenecks and standardizing best practices.
• •Requirements 2+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
• •Experience improving developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or internal platforms.
• •Hands-on experience with multi-regional applications employing background jobs and database migrations.
